15th Eagle Mushroom & Wild Food Festival

Gather alongside fellow mycophiles and mushroom-enthusiasts as the 15th Eagle Mushroom & Wild Food Festival returns August 9-11, 2024 to Eagle, Colorado.

Amidst the stunning Rocky Mountains, discover the world of mushrooms with esteemed mycologists and wild food experts.  Explore the natural world and its bounty with Orion Aon, Brian Barzee, Larry Evans, Michael Heim, Ken Kassenbrock PhD MD, John Sir Jesse, Jon Sommer, Graham Steinruck, and Sebastian Tabibi.

The 3-day Festival is filled with mushroom foraging, culinary experiences and nature exploration. Indulge in an unforgettable lineup of events, from the exclusive Meet n’ Greet with Jon Sommer to immersive cooking classes featuring a gourmet lunch, sought-after family dinner and popular guided forays.
