The Eagle Mushroom Festival’s exquisite dining experience returns when Wild Sage hosts a four-course wine-pairing dinner featuring locally foraged and locally cultivated mushrooms. The menu celebrates a variety of fungi with dishes centered on this edible wonder. Experience intense representations of the mushroom’s earthiness as well as delicate accents to gourmet bites.
